Who This Is For

Individuals who need help typing, organizing, or assembling legal forms and documents based on their own instructions — powers of attorney, affidavits, court paperwork, and other administrative documents. Common clients include people preparing powers of attorney for aging parents, individuals handling name changes after marriage or divorce, small claims plaintiffs assembling their filing paperwork, and families organizing healthcare directives and advance planning documents.

How the Process Works

You tell us what document you need, select the form or template you want to use (court-approved form, attorney-provided draft, or a template you select), and provide all the required information — names, dates, addresses, facts, and any specific language you want included. We type, format, and assemble the document from the information and wording you provide, from attorney instructions, or from court-approved forms you have selected. We do not choose forms for you, interpret legal requirements, or advise on what content should be included. You review the draft, request any changes, and approve the final version. If the document requires notarization, we handle that on-site as a Florida Notary Public. If the document requires witness signatures, we can arrange that during the same appointment.

What to Expect

Most single documents — an affidavit, a power of attorney, a bill of sale — are completed within two to four business days after you provide the information. Court filing packages with multiple forms may take longer. We provide a clear quote before starting, and the price depends on document type and complexity. We do not charge for revisions to correct errors on our end.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you help me file documents with the court? We prepare the documents based on your instructions, but we do not file them on your behalf, appear in court, or communicate with the court or opposing parties. Filing, serving, and all procedural steps are your responsibility. If you are unsure about filing procedures, the clerk of court's office can provide general procedural information, or you can consult an attorney.

What is the difference between an acknowledgment and a jurat? An acknowledgment confirms that the signer appeared before the notary, was identified, and signed voluntarily. A jurat (sworn statement) requires the signer to swear or affirm under oath that the contents of the document are true. Affidavits always require jurats. Powers of attorney typically require acknowledgments. We handle both as a Florida Notary Public.

How much does document preparation cost? Fees depend on the document type and complexity. Simple single-page documents like affidavits and bills of sale are less expensive than multi-page court filing packages. We provide a clear quote before starting any work.
