Available throughout the United States via secure remote workflow, subject to written engagement and applicable state requirements:

• Federal Tax Preparation — Individual and business returns prepared nationwide under IRS PTIN authority. We do not currently provide representation before the IRS; representation matters are referred to an Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney.
• State Tax Preparation — Currently registered with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance for New York State return preparation. State return preparation for other states is provided where the state does not require state-level preparer registration, or upon successful registration in that state. Contact us to confirm availability before engagement.
• IRS CAA / ITIN Passport Certification — Original identity documents must be physically present at our office for inspection under IRS rules (IRM 3.21.264 and the IRS CAA Agreement). For applicants outside Northeast Florida, identity is verified by video call prior to document shipment; original documents are then shipped via secure trackable mail (FedEx, UPS, USPS Registered or Priority Express), inspected and certified by the CAA, Form W-7 submitted to the IRS, and originals returned by trackable shipping.
• Bookkeeping & QuickBooks — Setup, monthly books, cleanup, and reconciliation via cloud access. Bookkeeping services do not require state professional licensing.
• Payroll Processing — Multi-state payroll setup, processing, and quarterly filings via Gusto. Client is responsible for state employment-tax registrations in each state where employees are paid.
• Certified Translations — English, Albanian, Spanish, and Italian translations for USCIS, courts, and legal filings delivered by secure encrypted file transfer with translator's certification statement compliant with 8 CFR §103.2(b)(3) for USCIS submissions.
• Business Formation — Filing services for LLC and corporation formation with any state's Secretary of State, including EIN application and registered agent referrals. Legal advice on entity selection, operating agreement provisions, tax elections, or related legal matters is not provided by this office; such advice is provided only by licensed attorneys or, for tax election strategy, by Enrolled Agents and CPAs.
• Immigration Form Preparation — Nonlawyer USCIS form preparation provided in compliance with §501.1391 Florida Statutes. We do not represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, or any immigration tribunal. Service to non-Florida residents requires written confirmation of compliance with applicable state nonlawyer immigration consultant statutes (including but not limited to California Business & Professions Code §22440 et seq., New York General Business Law §460-a, Illinois Immigration Services Act, and Texas Government Code Chapter 406) prior to engagement; engagements are declined where state-specific compliance cannot be confirmed.
• Florida Remote Online Notarization — Available under §117.201–305 Florida Statutes for signers physically located in the United States during the notarial act, where the recipient jurisdiction accepts Florida-notarized documents under the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts or equivalent state law. Destination-state acceptance is confirmed in writing before scheduling. Real estate transactions are subject to additional verification of destination-state recording and acceptance requirements.

• Florida Notary Public — In-person notarizations under Florida commission jurisdiction.

• Wedding Officiating — Performed under Florida notary authority (§117.045 Florida Statutes) for ceremonies solemnized in Florida.
• Apostille Processing — Florida Secretary of State apostilles Florida-issued and Florida-notarized documents.
• Court & Personal Document Preparation — Florida-specific document preparation under §501.1391 Florida Statutes nonlawyer disclosure requirements.
