Related Services
Many immigration clients also need certified translations of foreign-language documents, notarization of affidavits and declarations, or ITIN services. We coordinate all of these together.
Common Situations
Family petitions: A U.S. citizen or permanent resident petitioning for a spouse, parent, or child typically needs an I-130, I-130A, and supporting evidence assembled in a specific order. If the beneficiary is already in the United States and eligible for adjustment, the I-485, I-765 (work authorization), and I-131 (travel document) are often filed concurrently. We prepare and organize all of these forms as a package.
Naturalization: N-400 applicants bring their green card, passport, travel history, employment history, and residence history. We fill the form accurately from your information, organize the supporting documents, and prepare the package for filing. If you need certified translation of foreign-language documents for your application, we handle that in the same appointment.
Affidavit of support: The I-864 requires the sponsor's tax returns, W-2s, employment verification, and household size information. We assemble the financial package so every required attachment is included and organized.
Turnaround
Single-form preparations — an N-400 or a standalone I-765 — are typically completed within three to five business days after you provide all information and documents. Full family-based packages with concurrent filings may take one to two weeks depending on the number of forms and the completeness of supporting documents at intake.
Languages
We conduct intake and consultations in English, Albanian, Spanish, and Italian. If your documents are in another language, we coordinate certified translation as part of the service.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide legal advice about my immigration case? No. We are not immigration attorneys. We prepare forms based on the information and instructions you provide. We do not evaluate eligibility, recommend strategy, interpret immigration law, or represent clients before USCIS or immigration court. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
How do I know which forms I need? The decision about which forms apply to your situation is yours — ideally made with a licensed immigration attorney or accredited representative, or based on the official USCIS form instructions. Once you have decided on the filing objective, we organize and prepare the forms and supporting materials based on your stated filing, your attorney's instructions, or the agency instructions you choose to follow. We do not evaluate eligibility, recommend a filing strategy, or interpret which forms or evidence your case requires.
What if USCIS sends a Request for Evidence? If you receive an RFE after filing, bring it to us and we can help assemble the additional documents requested. We prepare and organize the response package based on what USCIS is asking for. We do not interpret the legal implications of the RFE or advise on case strategy.
Can I get my ITIN and immigration forms done together? Yes. Many clients need both ITIN services and immigration form preparation. We coordinate both so your documents are consistent and your appointments are consolidated.
