What We Do Not Collect Through This Website
This website is not intended for the submission of highly sensitive client records or identifiers through the contact form. Do not submit:
- Social Security numbers
- ITIN numbers
- Dates of birth
- Tax returns
- W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, or payroll records
- Passport copies or passport numbers
- Driver license numbers
- Immigration document numbers or copies
- Bank account or payment card information
- Other sensitive personal, financial, or government-issued identification records
Sensitive Documents and Client Uploads
Sensitive documents are not intended to be submitted through the website contact form, the general intake description field, text messages, messaging applications, or ordinary email attachments. After a Client Intake submission, All Tax & Books may email a Job Number, a private job-specific Upload Documents link, and a separate Completed Documents link. The Upload Documents link may be reused while the job remains active. Keep that email and do not forward either link. Possession of an upload link authorizes access to that upload route but does not, by itself, verify the identity of the person using it.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted through the website is used to: respond to your inquiry, identify the service requested, schedule appointments, determine what next-step instructions are needed, and communicate with you about requested services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and is handled in accordance with applicable legal, professional, and operational requirements. We do not disclose client information except as authorized by the client, required by law, necessary to perform requested services, or otherwise permitted under applicable rules and standards.
Cookies and Browser Storage

Specifically, when you interact with the cookie consent banner on this site, your choice is saved in your browser's localStorage (not a traditional cookie) so the banner does not reappear on subsequent visits. Third-Party Resources Loaded by the Site
To display the site with its intended typography, the website loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When you visit a page, your browser sends standard HTTP request information (such as IP address and user agent) to Google's font servers to retrieve the font files. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy. The site does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
Third-Party Services
The website and business operations rely on third-party service providers for hosting, email, website forms, scheduling, cloud storage, tax software, document transmission, and related operational services.
Website Contact Form Processor. The website contact form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form submission service operated by Devro LTEE. When you submit the contact form, the information you provide (name, phone, email, preferred language, selected service, optional intake fields, and message content) is transmitted to FormSubmit, which then delivers the submission to our business email at info@alltaxbooks.com. FormSubmit's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy, available at formsubmit.co/privacy. We do not use FormSubmit's paid analytics, tracking, or data-enrichment features. We receive form submissions by email and retain them within our standard client-communication records consistent with tax and professional-practice recordkeeping requirements.
Client Intake and Document Storage. The Client Intake form is provided through Microsoft Forms. Power Automate creates job-specific folders and upload-token mappings in the Firm's Microsoft environment. Uploaded client files are stored in Microsoft SharePoint.
Client Upload Gateway. The job-specific upload page is hosted on Netlify. A Netlify serverless function processes the random job token and limited file metadata needed to request a Microsoft Graph upload session. In the production design, the client document bytes upload directly from the browser to Microsoft SharePoint rather than being proxied or stored by Netlify.
Completed Documents. Completed documents may be made available through a separate job-specific, view-only SharePoint sharing link. Anyone who receives that bearer link may be able to view or download the files in that completed-documents folder, so clients are instructed not to forward the link.
Email and Business Communications. Business email is hosted by standard email service providers. Communications tied to tax, ITIN, immigration form preparation, notary, and document services are handled within our established professional workflows and are not routed through marketing or advertising platforms.
No Advertising Trackers. The website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or third-party marketing analytics.
