Nonlawyer Services

Immigration form preparation, business document preparation, and court/personal document preparation are nonlawyer services. We do not evaluate legal rights, interpret the law for a client, recommend legal strategies, or provide legal advice.

Fees and Payment

A quote or fee arrangement will be provided before work begins. Payment terms may vary by service and may be subject to separate written engagement terms.

Limitation of Liability

All Tax & Books is not liable for penalties, denials, delays, losses, or adverse results caused by inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information, missed deadlines not caused by us, agency processing delays, third-party failures, or changes in law, policy, or agency practice.
