Yes. Elton Kasma is an IRS Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA #P00812478), authorized to authenticate identity documents for ITIN applications. For primary and secondary applicants, we authenticate identification documents on-site (all IRS-accepted documents except foreign military IDs) so originals do not need to be mailed to the IRS. For dependent applicants, the IRS rules are narrower: we can authenticate the passport and civil birth certificate, but other supporting ID documents for dependents may still need to be submitted to the IRS as originals or issuing-agency-certified copies.

Sensitive documents are reviewed in person or through secure methods we direct you to after initial contact. Do not send tax returns, passports, Social Security cards, or other sensitive documents through the website contact form or regular email.

We provide nonlawyer immigration form preparation as a document typing service based on the information and instructions you provide. We are not immigration attorneys and do not provide legal advice, case evaluation, or representation before USCIS or immigration court.

We provide IRS and state notice response assistance. Tax preparation does not include audit representation or legal representation before any agency unless separately authorized in writing and permitted by law.
