A certified translation includes a signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy — required by USCIS, courts, and most government agencies. Our certified translations include the complete translation, signed certificate, translator qualifications statement, and format matching the original document structure. USCIS requires that any foreign-language document submitted with an immigration application be accompanied by a full English translation with a certification stating the translator is competent to translate and that the translation is complete and accurate.

What Makes a Translation Accepted by USCIS
USCIS does not require a specific credentialing body for translators, but does require that the translation be complete, accurate, and accompanied by a signed certification from the translator. The certification must state the translator's name, confirm their competence in both languages, and attest that the translation is true and accurate.
