How a Mobile Appointment Works
You contact us with the type of document, the number of signers, and your preferred location and time. We confirm the appointment, arrive with all necessary notary supplies, verify each signer's identity with current government-issued photo ID, administer oaths or acknowledgments as required by the document type, and complete the notarization on-site. For loan signings, we handle the scan-back and shipping per the title company's or lender's instructions.
What to Have Ready
Every signer needs a current, unexpired government-issued photo ID — Florida driver's license, state ID, U.S. passport, or foreign passport. Do not sign the documents before the appointment — all signatures must be made in front of the notary. If additional witnesses are required and you do not have them available, let us know in advance so we can arrange that.
Scheduling and Availability
We are available seven days a week by appointment, including evenings. Same-day appointments are available depending on location and schedule. Hospital, nursing home, and care facility appointments are accommodated with the understanding that facility access rules and patient conditions may affect timing. Contact us with your timeframe and we will confirm availability.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you come to a hospital or nursing home? Yes. We regularly handle notarizations at hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and rehabilitation centers. The signer must be alert and able to understand what they are signing — if there is any question about capacity, the notary may decline the notarization as required by Florida law.
What if I need a notary after business hours? Evening and weekend appointments are available by request. We do not charge different rates for after-hours service, though travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Can you notarize documents in another language? The notary act itself is performed in English, but we can communicate with signers in Albanian, Spanish, and Italian to explain the notary process. The notary does not certify the content of the document — only the identity and signature of the signer. If you also need a certified translation of the document, we coordinate that separately.
